What's the difference between scron and despise?

I think you mean "scorn". They are close in meaning but still significantly different.
You might "despise" a long-term enemy. You think about him in a constantly hostile way. You would enjoy seeing his failure.
You might "scorn" a rival. He is no good. You have nothing positive to say about what he does. You might make jokes about him. But you don't think about him very much.
You can despise and scorn things and ideas too.
The action of scorning is usually temporary while despising is usually more permanent.

I think you mean scorn, not scron.
scorn and despise imply similar feelings. however, 'despise' is a verb used with an object (always), whereas 'scorn' could be used as a verb or a noun. Examples:
I despise roses. (verb)
He scorned my offer. (verb)
I became the object of his scorn. (noun)

I would say they have the same meaning although 'despise' feels stronger. They can be used in the same way as well:
"I scorn their attempts at lying."
"I despise their attempts at lying."
