This does not make sense really. There are a couple of possibilities as to better sentences: You could say, this colour brings out your eyes (That means the colour of your clothes makes your eyes look good) You could also say, this shirt brings out the colour in your eyes (That means that the shirt makes the colour in your eyes look stronger)
