Answer

More than 1/3 of the Algerian people have a Berbers origin. I'm an Arab who is descendent of Beni Hilal tributes. in Algeria there are many Berbers ( Kabyles, Chaouis, Twaregs, Mouzabites),there are not a great difference between them I guess . I’ve many friends who speak this language, its' complicated for me, I barely understand few words :-)
