Lidiane, in English, a condominium is an apartment that is owned by the person who lives in it. An apartment is rented by the person who lives there. As I understand the concept of condominios/loteamentos in Brasil, we really don't have a word for that specifically. It's usually a group of houses that are together in a neighborhood, maybe surrounded by a common wall or fence or with a gate guarding the street, rather than walls around each house.
