Eu vi um vídeo no Youtube e eu uma parte do vídeo o cara fala assim (nessa sequência)

- What the hell's a matter with you people? /Qual é o problema de vocês?
- "I told you with the questions, please" / ?????

E eu não entendi essa ultima frase... eu já traduzi o vídeo todo e não consigo imaginar nada pra escrever ali para que as pessoas entendam o contexto

It's hard to tell without seeing the video. That would give context, such as: is the person a native speaker? Are they speaking slang / ghetto talk? I guess that one of those is probably true. 
Also 'hell's a matter' is not normal / is a mistake. That is normally 'what the hell's the matter...'
