ארשי ינב־לא אב יכנא הנה םיהלֹאה־לא השמ רמאיּו ל יל־וּרמאו םכילא ינחלש םכיתוֹבא יהלֹא םהל יתרמאו ׃םהלא רמא המ וֹמש־המ 36 רמאת הכ רמאיּו היהא רשא היהא השמ־לא םיהלֹא רמאיּו ׃םכילא ינחלש היהא לארשי ינבל

Btw: the text was transposed from right-to-left to left-to-right..
