That is reserved for teachers on this website. If you apply as a teacher of a language, then you must give a video introduction. Most people record a video, upload it on youtube or vimeo and use the link to that video to attach it to their profile. As a standard member though, I don't think you can attach a video introduction to your profile. You can put the link in the introduction text, but that is about it, I think.
