The first one uses slang ("ain't" is not a word that educated people use unless they are being intentionally informal) and sounds much more rude and aggressive in tone. The second sentence expresses the same idea, though in more formal language. Neither one could really be considered polite, and both sound like you are trying to tell someone that they shouldn't be talking to you or involving themselves in your conversation.
