Can you help me to understand this 2 grammar structure?
i have a paragraph as follows:
여자 : 어떻게 하다가 이렇게 다쳤어요?
남자 : 계단에서 넘어졌는데 크게 다치진 않았어요.
여자 : 다행이네요. 얼른 퇴원하셔야죠.
i saw "다치진 않았어요" strange because i think i must be "다치지 않았어요", and i 've never seen the grammar "셔야죠" before. Can you help me to understand this 2 grammar structure? ? Thank!

I imagine you already know the mysterious grammar structures here, just in a different form
다치진 않았어요 = 다치다 + 는 (topic marker) + 지 않다 + 과거시제
You could rewrite this as 다치지는 않았어요; 다치진 않았어요 is just the contracted form (like do not --> don't in English)
얼른 퇴원하셔야죠 = 얼른 퇴원하다 + 시다 (honorific) + 해야 되다 (should) + 지요 (agreement seeking ending)
얼른 퇴원하셔야죠 can be rewritten as 얼른 퇴원하셔야 되지요; 얼른 퇴원하셔야죠 is again just a combination of contracted word forms.
여자 : 어떻게 하다가 이렇게 다쳤어요?
Woman: What were you doing when you got hurt?
남자 : 계단에서 넘어졌는데 크게 다치진 않았어요.
Man: I fell down the stairs, but I wasn't severely hurt (hurt in a big way).
여자 : 다행이네요. 얼른 퇴원하셔야죠.
Woman: That's good (I'm glad your injury isn't serious). You should be able to be discharged (from the hospital) soon.
Hope that helps

1. 다치진 않았어요 = 다치지는 않았어요
the ~는/은 attached to “~지” in that sentence is used to compare something.
It almost always is compared to “one’s expectations.”
For example,
그것은 쉽지 않다. = It is not easy.
그것은 쉽지는 않다. = (despite what you expect,) it is not easy.
다치진 않았어요 means "(despite what I expect,) I'm not injured.
2. 퇴원하셔야죠
퇴원하셔야죠 is honorific expression of 퇴원해야지
퇴원하셔야죠 << 퇴원하(다) + 시 + 어 + 야지 + 요
퇴원하다 : to leave a hospital
시 : honorific suffix indicating the subject person is elder than the speaker
Verb + 아/어/여 + 야지 : This pattern is used to indicate obligation, but it is stronger and insistent than the grammar patterns V + 아/어 + 야 되다 and V + 아/어 + 야 하다. It is often used as a response to something obvious or said when the other person knows something must be done. When used as a response this pattern is approximately equal to '(Of cource) I have to' ~ or '(Of course) I must ~' in English.
요 : honorific ending suffix
