a literal translation could be
"binulabog mo ang mundo ko"
although no one uses that expression.. haha

I agree with what romulus said and answered. There is no exact translation of the statement "You rock my world." in Tagalog.
The closest translation that I can think of for this statement is :
Binigyan mo ng buhay ang mundo ko. = You gave life to my world.
rocking someone's world for me is like giving life to it. :P

Do you want to know the tagalog translation of this? Actually there's no literal translation for this english expression, but maybe, we can translate "you rock my world" this way:
* pinaliligaya mo ang buhay ko (you're making my life happy)
* binibigyan mo ng kulay ang buhay ko (you're giving my life full of colors)
* kinukumpleto mo buhay ko (you complete me/my life)
or maybe with a colloquial translation:
* buhay na buhay ako sa iyo (i feel alive when i'm with you - lol).
