Would you be so kind to explain me the difference and how can I use these qualities.

Hi Sarah.
'Long-suffering' is used to describe something. It's an adjective often used with nouns like 'illness' or 'condition'.
'Patience' is a thing, a noun. In English, we think of 'patience' as something people have. Patience is what helps us tolerate waiting for something. Some people have a lot of patience but some people have very little patience.
Hope this helps!

I think patient- patience possesses a positive meaning while long-suffering brings a negative meaning which is quite relevant to what you have to suffer through the hardship.
