medium height Can I say' he has medium height'?Of course ,I know it is more popular to say ' he is of medium height'.

You can say "He is medium (or average) height." However, "has" doesn't work in this situation (probably because height is a measurement of the person, not a quality that the person can possess--like eyes, or physical bulk, or intelligence).
