They are totally different words. 동거남 is a man who is living with 'someone' without marriage. 내연남 is a man who is in relationship with 'someone' who has already got married. (so it means a cheating partner!) the reason why I said with 'someone' because those words are not used for myself. You use those words for other people, not your self.
