Viele junge leute vs Viele junge
I have been confused for the past few days, "Viele junge leute" means many young people, and "junge" is an adjective that why we added the "e" at the end, but why the "e" in "Viele", if you have more than one adjective shouldn't the "e" be added to the last adjective only. for example "Das ist eine grün, rot, schwarze CD", so why is it "Viele junge leute" not "Viel junge leute".
And, for "Viele junge" for example "Viele Junge gehen ins Kino" I understang that "junge" here isn't an adjective, but a plural noun, so do we always remove the "n" in the case of "nominativ", i know you add it in "Dativ" for example "Ich komme mit vielen jungen"

Viel vs. viele is exactly the same as it is with much vs. many in English.
If you can't count it, it's viel (much), if you can count it, it's viele (many).
viel Zucker, viel Salz, viel Gemüse, viel Obst, viel Gefühl, viel Freude, viel Temperament
ABER
viele Leute, viele Tiere, viele Zuschauer, viele Gurken, viele Bananen, viele Spieler, viele Zuhörer
Btb: The same applies to the opposite wenig (uncountable) and wenige (countable).
