question
At the far end of that railroad-car room, under an eave so steep I'd had to almost crouch so as not to bang my head when I got up (over the years I'd also had to withstand Jo's protests that I'd picked the absolute worst place in the room for a workstation), the screen of my Macintosh glowed with words.
Question: I'd picked the absolute worst place --- ‘I'd picked the ABSOLUTELY worst place’ is better, I think, right? If not, what’s the difference between them?

Absolute works best. Is this the worst place? Absolutely! This phrase is best to withstand and hold its characteristic when nothing else is needed to support it in a sentence. Because there is a sentence in structure proceeding Absolute we use this particular form Absolutely. "This is going to be absolutely worse!" We use absolutely in this because there is an expectation that there is a changing clause from absolute to absolutely. Another example of when to use Absolutely is when agreeing with another person. Absolutely!

If you are going to say "I picked the absolutely worst place", it is a bit wrong... it would be, " I picked the absolute worst place" otherwise use, "I picked the worst place"
