“Pretty”, in the sense you used it, is a casual or slangy way of saying “good.” You should avoid using this in any formal setting or in writing. It is usually used in the negative, “not pretty”, to mean “bad.” It is usually applied to situations, rather than things. “Good” is standard English. Note: “does not” not “doesnot”.
