When i decided to recruit this team, i pondered bitterly over how to make this team work efficiently. I agree with multani in two points: first, we need a topic for each chat (we can discuss this when we get together); second, we need a native speaker to lead our team ( Any english native speaker who is kind eough and responsible enough to be our leader please leave a message here, if you can find benefit from it ). However, I do not think this is a waste of time even if there is no native speaker to join. Anyone who really want to join please add my skype.
