'Exhausted by' is a little strange - it seems like a passive sentence (I was annoyed by that) but actually the housework didn't cause anything, so it's a little strange.

“Exhausted from...”means she recently did the housework and is tired now. “Exhausted by...”means that she has been doing housework every day and is very tired of doing it.
