perversion is a relative concept. What is pervert (morals) in some societies may not be in other, like it or not. The problem are psychopats. this is an universal concept (medical) and a psychopat is always one, wherever he/she is.

i see you are upset. so, i'll tell you something: your question: i am sure i am sorrounded by perverts most of the time of my day. this doesn't annoy me a bit. the problem is when the "pervert" is a psychopat (psychopats have degrees of psychopaty). the psychopat will try something (attack or whatever). if you are talking about people on the net, the solution is easy: just cut off comunication. if you are talking in real life, it is more complicated. better you fly away and yell as much as possible if needed.
