"I am off to office" & "I am on my way to office" - Are they same?
Hi friends,
"I am off to office" and "I am on my way to office" - are they same in terms of meaning? or is there a subtle difference in the meaning?
Thanks in advance!

Always remember to put "the" in front of office with these phrases.
I am off to the office.
I am on my way to the office.
"I am off to the office" - this you would say to someone just before you leave, like lets say you are at home and you say to your wife "i am off to the office" because you are going to work. So this phrase is for people you are leaving behind.
example: "I am off to the office, I'll see you when I get back this evening."
"I am on my way to the office" - this would usually be in a phone call or a text message, letting your coworker or boss or someone at the office know that you are coming while you are on your way.
example: "I am on my way to the office, I'll see you when I get there."
