If I'm writing a mail to my client, can I say " I have two questions for your previous mail. One is xxxx. My second question is xxxxx:
Is there any other polite way to express that " I have question" ?

If this is a formal letter. you might also say,
"Would you be kind enough to supply me with the answer to these 2 additional questions". (List the questions)
"Could you please supply me with some additional information". (List the questions)
"May I also ask"(List the questions)
Hope this is helpful

I'm glad you shared this question. I think students often ask this question. And it is good when there are such platforms https://www.sopservices.net/ where they can help with such assignments. And they will be done competently.
