Can we call someone logical person ? Or logic person? Or how can we call a person whose words acts make sense for us.

A person who makes good, analytical decisions would be called a logical person.
Anyone who takes the required time to make important decisions might also be called a reasonable or sensible person.

I agree with Naomi's answer. I would just add you can also you a " practical person" or he or she is very practical. They make reasonable decisions
