Which is the correct sentence? "attend" or "attend to"?

The second one is correct.
The verb "attend" means to go to an organized event (ie. attend class, attend a meeting, attend a workshop, etc.).
The verb "attend to" means to take care of someone/something or to handle a problem (ie. attend to my aunt, attend to a personal matter, etc.).
