What's the differences between "come to V", "end up V-ing" and just a verb?
1. If you notice it, let me know.
2. If you end up noticing it, let me know.
3. If you come to notice it, let me know.

My opinion is that there is no important difference in meaning. I don't say or hear #3 very often but I would understand it to mean the same as the others.
