Is it correct? So if I want to say something like this: 'you confused me with someone else' This is correct, right? What if I want to say something like this but about things: 'I confused the numbers' or days What is the better way to say this?

I feel a more authentic way to say this would be 'You have (got) me confused with someone else.' As for days - 'I got the number of days confused' or 'I got the number of days mixed up'

Hi Victoria! If someone has confused your information with someone else, it's more polite to say, "I think you've confused me with someone else". Using I "I think.." is polite because you're are not trying to blame the person for being incorrect. If you're dealing with numbers, like a math problem, you can say, "Sorry, I have (I've) confused the numbers". If its days, "Sorry, I've confused the days" - so on and so forth.
