what does "be cut off on 64" mean?
hi~everyone
i'm quite confused about what does"be cut off on 64" mean
i heard it from this talk
the speaker mentioned "but cut off on 64" at 13:11 of this following link

"Cut off on 64" means: when you're traveling on Highway 64 and another vehicle passes you/overtakes you and moves directly in front of your vehicle causing you to brake in order to avoid hitting them.
