doesn't really mean anything! just rhymes with easy... really only used in the phrase "easy peezy", meaning "oh that's easy!"

It is sometimes expanded to 'Easy peasy, lemon squeezy'

I agree that it just rhymes with easy. However, I have only seen it spelled "easy peasy".
