Difference between 집중 안 되다 and 집중 못 하다?
Someone said that 집중 안 되다 would make it your own fault that you can’t focus and that 집중 못 하다 would make it like the circumstance or situation (for example a place is noisy) fault that you can’t focus.
I thought 되다 was a passive verb and somewhat carried the meaning of “to be made to...” . So shouldn’t the explanations that these people gave me be reversed? I thought 집중 안 되다 would mean that the circumstance or situation doesn’t allow you to focus, not that it’s your fault you can’t focus, because 집중 안 되다 would mean like “there is something that makes me not focus”? I thought you would use 집중 못 하다 for your own fault.
Sorry for the confusing question!!
