직급 어떻게 파악한거가요?
요새 이태원 클라쓰 한드라마를 봤더니 회사 직급 여러 있으니 이해가 참 어렵고요.
1. 사장님
2. 권장님
3. 이사님
4. 상모님 (?)
5. 회장님

이게 어떻게 파악한건가요? 저의 같은 왜국인에게 어떻게 다른지 모르고 헷갈려요.
아시는분 설명 부탁해요.

Typically, it goes like this from top to bottom (you add 님 to the official title in a social setting).

- 회장 - Chairman (only large companies have this position)
- 사장 - CEO, President (every company has this)
- 부사장 - Vice President
- 전무 - Senior Executive Director
- 상무 - Executive Director
- 이사 - Director
- 부장 - Senior Manager
- 과장 - Manager, Section Manager
- 대리 - Assistant Manager, Team Leader
- 사원, 직원 - Employee

- but 회장님 is higher than 사장님.
회장님 means more like an owner of more than one entity (thus, the head of group companies). 사장님 is more like an owner of only one entity.
