I need to learn phrasal verbs, there are tons of them. So what is the best way to learn?
Also I need to learn or I want to learn which one is correct?

Start with some commonly used verbs.
For example, to get.
Get with. Get at. Get into. Get to. Get in. Get on. Get by. Get through. Get over. Get between. Get after. Get along. Get across. Get behind. Get beyond. Get up. Get out. Get around. Get down. Get off. Get above.

Just stick with it?
Just get into it?
The sooner you start on it the sooner you will finish up?
Make them into sentences that say something to you?

I suspect, separately. Things I learn together, I tend to confuse. :)
need or want? either
Need = without this you will suffer in some way. Need to eat, or I will die. You need to fill in the form, or we won't action anything.
Want - this is my desire, I wish to ...
Consequently, generally "need" implies stronger. Sometimes "need" is used in contrast.
I need to go to the bank, but I don't really want to go, it's always a chore.
