〜 てほしい and 〜てもらいたい　are almost same meaning. It means the former is like " ___want someone to do……", and the latter is like"___ want to have someone do". 〜ていただきたい is a polite form for てほしい, but it's better to say "〜ていただきたいです" or "〜いただきたく思(おも)います" because it is more polite and sounds natural if you put です or ます on the end of a sentence..

～てほしい＆～てもらいたい　mean almost the same and can use interchangeably. ～ていただきたい　is polite version of ～てもらいたい
