Hi! It is only a difference of formality, but the meaning is the same. It sounds most natural or common to say the first one, "it's natural to go home..." You could also say "it's normal to go home..."

Yes, they’re both same/similar in meaning, but I’d much prefer use “I naturally go home...”. It’s much more casual and doesn’t sound awkward or overly proper.
