Han yang's answer is correct. I think the phrase is "Tell me how is it going?", which sounds in normal oral English as "Temme how is it going?"

How is it going (with you)? / How r things going (with u)? 最近怎么样？事情顺利吗？ Is everything going smoothly (with you)?
