I don't know the exact context, but most likely these are not silent, you will pronounce the Ws.
I'm guessing that 'bwa' is from '봐' which means 'look'/'see' by itself and 'try doing (blank)' when used with other verbs. So for instance:

The title of this song is "소원을 말해봐" , or roughly "(try) telling me your wishes".
'Jwa' is probably from '줘' which means 'give' by itself or 'do as a favor' when used with another verb.
If you want to know more about how 봐 and 줘 are used at the end of sentences (where you probably encounter them in songs) let me know. Otherwise, I think it's pretty safe to say that you *do* pronounce the 'W' (Like if you said 'Ju+A' very fast until it sounds like 'Jwa').
