I don't know the exact context, but most likely these are not silent, you will pronounce the Ws. I'm guessing that 'bwa' is from '봐' which means 'look'/'see' by itself and 'try doing (blank)' when used with other verbs. 'Jwa' is probably from '줘' which means 'give' by itself or 'do as a favor' when used with another verb.
