"would like for you to do" or "would like you to do"?
I seem to have seen both by English speakers, which one is grammatically correct? I

Actually you can use both (spoken).
However, when you write I think the second is better - I would like you to do question 7 for homework. I would like you to do me a favour.
When we write we try to keep things as concise as possible.
I would like you to do = direct object "you"
I would like FOR you to do = indirect object "for you"
