I'm not sure about "knight spirit" (sounds like a ghost), but I understand what you mean. We'd usually say "knight's code" or perhaps "spirit (=ideal) of knighthood". Generally, I'd consider "knight's code" and "chivalry" as the same thing - both are about behaving in an honourable way.
