I would go with Rola = 롤라 / Mazen = 마젠 / Fatima = 파티마
I think 롤라 is better than 로라 because the latter would be pronounced like "Lora"
마젠 is pronounced "Ma-jen"
파티마 is pronounced "Pa-ti-ma"
DD_Scille's transcriptions would be pronounced "Lura" / "Mae-jen" / "Pe-di-ma"
Peachey's transcription of Rola would be pronounced "Luh-ra" (ㅓ is similar to the sound in the English word "tub").
What Pascal said is kind of correct - there are no sounds in Korean that sound exactly like the English "f" and "z", so they are usually replaced with ㅍ and ㅈ, respectively. I have occasionally seen 화 used as an approximation for /fa/ (i.e. "화이팅!") so you could spell Fatima 화티마 ("hwatima") if you wanted.
You can hear how Koreans would pronounce each of the transcriptions by going to http://text-to-speech.imtranslator.net/ , switching the language to Korean, and copy-pasting the Korean text.

Most Koreans will pronounce them as "로라(rola)","마젠(mazen)", "파티마(fatima)" in Korean.
Like Peachey mentioned it above, we don't tell between /f/ sound and /p/ sound.
Likewise, there is no difference between /z/ and /j/ sound, and /r/ and /l/ sound.

Here's my attempt:
러라 - you will hear "rora". 루라 sounds like rura... which may be correct, depending on how you say Rola. Or maybe 로라(row-ra)? The ㅗ andㅓsounds are very different, but are often both transliterated as "o".
마젠 - "majen". Korean doesn't have "z" sounds, so "j" is the closest. Maybe even 마쩬?
파티마 - "patima". No "f" in Korean phonology, "p" is the closest. DD's version sounds like "pedima"... again, maybe this is what you want.
Open to corrections. ^^
