I am useing Lingoes, I think it is not too bad,and it can be add some different dictionary such as Oxford Advanced and Collins to cope with your need.

As i know, there are no good translators. Online or offline. They will always make horible gramatical mistakes. Machines can not think logicaly. Best way to use is for single words.
