Extremely (actually, the most) popular site at Russia to download anything you want is http://rutracker.org/ You can find "Аудиокниги, обучающие видео" header there. But there is one annoying thing - you must create an account at the site. After registering you can download the content with any p2p-client (Bittorrent, uTorrent and etc.).
