What does this sentence mean: Today I do, tomorrow I will?
I know it's some kind of motivation. Does it mean that tomorrow will be better or someting like that?

It's an irony. Most people tend to say today: I will do it tomorrow. And it never gets done.
The phrase suggest bypassing the "I'll do it" stage, and doing it immediately.
