不能：出于主观或者客观原因的影响 不会：在主观愿意的情况下，也不知道怎么做

会：经过学习而具有的能力 eg：我在中国呆了2年，会说汉语了。 能：暂时失去或恢复某种能力 eg：我打篮球摔伤了，不能走路了，等我伤好了，就能走路了。

using 不会 to describe something you don't know how to do or something you haven't learned yet. using 不能 to describe something you really can't do, something is forbade to do or something you have tried already,but still can't do it. eg. 我不会游泳 means you don't know how to swim (didn't got the SKILL of swim) 我不能游泳 means you can't swim for some reason like you are not allowed to swim
