「さそう」と「いざなう」の違いはなんですか。What is the difference between sasou and izanau.?
What is the difference between さそうand いざなう? They have the same kanji and okurigana: 誘う, but I don't know the difference between both.

Both has same meaning however
We use さそう in conversation and also in writing.
さそう is to make somone to do something together or to urge somone.
example: 食事にさそう。 買い物にさそう。 涙をさそう。
いざなう is not casual, it is more literal.
example: 旅にいざなう。 源氏の世界にいざなう。

誘う 【さそう(P); いざなう】 (v5u,vt) (1) (いざなう is arch) to invite; to ask; to call (for); (2) to tempt; to lure; to induce; (P)
There is no difference.
