自己(jiko) - means more like "oneself"

まず私の自己紹介から始めましょう。- I'll begin by introducing myself.
君は自己紹介すべきだったのに。- You should have introduced yourself.
自分(jibun) - means more like "herself", though not exactly. In Kansai-dialect 自分 is actual a common word for "you" used by females.
あなたはどうしても自分の思いどおりにしたがる。 - You will have your own way.
自分の言ったことに他人がどう感じるか、もっと敏感になるべきです。 - You should be more sensitive to how people feel about your words.
あなたは英語で自分自身が理解されるようにすることができますか。- Can you make yourself understood in English?
あなたは自分自身をしらなければならない。 - You must know yourself.
