How do you say "Blooming" (Eclosion) in Japanese ? How do you say "Blooming" in Japanese (and how do you write it)? I know that "Sakidasu" is "to bloom".

"bloom" is "hana ga saku(花が咲く)" or "kaika(開花)". "blooming" is "hana ga saite-iru(花が咲いている)". For example, "Cherry blossoms are blooming" is "sakura no hana ga saite-iru(桜の花が咲いている)".

If you need kanji expression, it's "開花"(kaika) In this case 開(kai) means "open" ,花(ka) means "flower"

Blooming it what context? You can't just render the single word! "the blooming" = sakidasu-koto
