Often you can simply type your real name into Google Translate (http://translate.google.com) and translate it to the language you. Like, my real name is Brian, and I translated it into Japanese and got Buraian. But it doesn't always work. Two of my friends, Mark and Drew, have names that are actual words, so if you translate them, you will get the foreign word for "mark", not "Mark".
