If "Pierce Homes" is referring here to the real estate business , then 'titlle ' most probably refers to a 'title insurance' . iIt s an indemnity insurance against financial loss,that is meant to protect an owner's or a lender's financial interest in real property against loss due to title defects, liens or other matters
