Suffix of information is -tion

I think the answer to your question is subjective. I would say it is "ation" since that is what is added to the roots "invite" and "inform", but I would not argue with anyone who said "tion".

invite -- invitation inform -- information prepare -- preparation register -- registration admire -- admiration I'd say it's suffix "-(a)tion"
