If I were able to predict the future, first of all I'd like to know what my career will look like. Second of all, I would like to know when I will find a good person with whom I can create a relationship that I really want.

I am not sure about your second sentence. Actually it is not a sentence, but I wrote it as one possibility. I hope that is helpful.
