This morning, I woke to sunshine glimmering through the trees in front of my rental house. The shadows of its leaves danced upon my blanket as a gentle breeze passed over. I love this beauty. I promise myself to rise up earlier no matter how late I am up the night before, and no matter how great may be my desire for sleep.
"awoken", not "waken"
"rental", not "rent"
The leaves "danced". They didn't "shadow".
"breeze blew by", not "getting by". "To get by" is a special idiom - look it up.
rise up "earlier" than what?
