The people who have sleep problems usually are under stress. The stress usually caused by other problems, such as making less money, can't get promoted or just experienced some bad things.In that case, Keep busy might be the best way to improve sleep quality. If we have a lot of work to do, we usually focus on the work and ignore other things until we are exhausted, then we can't wait to put our head on the pillow. This method works on me well. I also have tried some other methods to improve my sleep , but all of them failed. Alcohol might work well at the beginning, but we are easily addicted to it until we drink more and more. The side efforts of alcohol can destroy our health, and cause other diseases which are worse than insomnia. So, keep busy and give your body a chance to forget all the bad things. I believe that our bodies has the ablity to recover themselves from bad conditions. We are not supposed to hint ourselves that the sun won't rise tomorrow, just close your eyes without thinking anything!
